6. You are of sound mind and are not registering under the influence of circumstances that would render you incapable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

trust888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.1 Registration. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly in the event of any change.

4.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. trust888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination. trust888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account without prior notice in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, provision of false registration information, or at the Platform's reasonable discretion for legitimate business or regulatory reasons.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course prior to closure.

5.1 Accepted Methods. trust888 supports deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank Online Banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB, credited at the MYR-equivalent value at the time of transaction confirmation.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount for MYR bank transfers and e-wallets is RM 30, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are set at the MYR equivalent of RM 30 at the applicable exchange rate.

5.3 Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Currency. All Accounts are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR upon receipt and held accordingly. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the Platform's payment section.

6.1 General. trust888 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is disclosed in the offer details.

6.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the timeframe stipulated in the relevant promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without notice.

7.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until the required documentation has been submitted and approved.

7.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes for standard requests during normal operational hours. Complex requests or those flagged for additional review may require up to three (3) business days. Diamond and Platinum VIP tier members are eligible for fast-track processing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

9.1 Player Controls. 11.3 In the event of a malfunction or error in any game or betting market, trust888 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore Account balances to their pre-wager state. trust888 will not honour payouts derived from technical errors or miscalculated odds.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit trust888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
